Method: ‘shaken’ be sure to use a shaker to get the desired effect

45ml havana white rum

15ml ginger syrup

30ml lime juice

Shake with a good handful of ice

Empty into your stem less glass & top up with pineapple juice & kombucha 50/50

Dress with mint leaves - enjoy!


In 1963, the Peroni family had a vision to create a beer that would embody Italian values of quality and craftsmanship. 

Brewed with the same flair and attention to detail through three generations of master brewers, Peroni Nastro Azzurro uses only the finest ingredients, including their exclusive Nostrano dell’Isola maize. This delivers a crisp and refreshing beer with a delicate balance of bitterness, citrus and spicy aromatic notes, combined with a fast and clean finish.

The small town of Bergamo in northern Italy is home to the Nostrano dell’Isola maize, exclusively produced only for Peroni. In the Lombardy region lies a fertile plain known locally as the ‘the island earth’ between the rivers Adda and Brembo, where the conditions are perfect for growing maize. This environment is created from the combination of an absence of frost, the climate and the soil, irrigated by freshly melted snow from the nearby Alps.

Peroni Nastro Azzurro is Italy’s number one premium beer. It is brewed using the finest hops, two row spring planted barley and contains 25% Italian maize, including the proprietary variety Nostrano Dell’Isola.

Effortlessly stylish, this Mediterranean style lager delivers an unmistakeable crisp, refreshing taste and a fine subtle aroma.

By the 1990s, both the Peroni brand name and product line were known and distributed worldwide. The London-based brewing giant SAMBiller bought the company in 2003, making it one of the few international brands in it’s portfolio.

In 2005, the brand was re-launched internationally. The company then sold Peroni to Asahi Breweries on 13 October 2016 where it remains.



Our team member of the month this April is Jessica who is a chef de partie for All Day Trader.

Jessica has been with the team from early on and has always worked well in her environment and mixed well with the rest of the team. She is what we call a ‘silent achiever’. She comes in and smiles her ‘good morning’ smile and gets straight to work. She’s so efficient and effective in her tasks and her role in the kitchen that we wanted to recognise her hard work by awarding her ‘team member of the month’!

We are so lucky, and so happy to have Jessica on our team, she’s an integral part of the All Day Trader family.
